Interns gain valuable artistic and administrative experience at Theaterlab. Since it is a small non-profit, interns work directly with Artistic Director Orietta Crispino and Studio Manager Verina Kranak on a variety of projects.
Key responsibilities include attending artistic meetings, database maintenance, liaising with the public, communicating with artists, assisting with the distribution of promotional materials, research and archiving Theaterlab’s activities.
This position requires strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as the ability to interact with the public and artists alike.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Applications required. Photoshop experience a plus.
Requirements: Minimum two shifts a week (10 hours total). Must have some flexibility with schedule depending on events in space. Four month commitment required.
School credit is available.
